end rape culture
what are some of the best graffiti responses you have seen to gentrification? i’m currently daydreaming of turning all of the faces of the real estate agents on the for sale signs in my neighbourhood into vampires, but think i can come up with something better… any ideas? simple stencils?
feminist fuck you on Flickr.
I’m really into the newest graffiti in my neighbourhood. I’ve only spotted two of these so far but they fill my heart with glee.
this will have to be a stand-in for my daily outfit post for 13 sept. (ootd #5) my first day in montreal + traveling meant I didn’t get any proper photos! I’m going to maybe illustrate what I wore in a drawing instead.
where did you see this in montreal?! i saw a similar one when i was in the montreal in early july, and another one in quebec city in august.
(note: as much as i dislike the “telling women to smile” attitude, i still really like this since i read it as gender neutral/nice street art instead of in your face misogyny)
