Julia (garconniere) and I took some photographs together in Quebec City in September. 

revisiting photos from september 2010, now that the apartment we took them in has been completely renovated. curious to see how holly pictured us, and how different they are from the self-portraits i took the same space.
also hating how i’m processing how different i look in these, how different my body was. but it happens.

picture a little brown chelsea slowly dancing in her bright purple room loudly singing fiona apple’s tidal album. because i did that a lot. and sometimes when i need a hug and no one is here i will listen to that album and feel alright. 

awww chelsea i love your description. i can’t find this album in quebec city yet but next time i’m in a real record store it will be mine.
