A SPOTLIGHT on ‘Revolutions Per Minute’ showcases Chandra’s unique contribution to the native media art scene. She is vulnerable and courageous, and as a member of the Blackfoot community is active with Missing Justice Collective, as well as out spoken about her struggle with a debilitating seizure disorder.
